GOFFS DECEMBER NATIONAL HUNT SALE

Relations to Glens Melody (IRE), Bobs Worth (IRE), Oscar Whisky (IRE), The New One (IRE), At Fishers Cross (IRE), TImperial Commander (IRE), Gods Own (IRE), Fayonagh (IRE) and many more stars of National Hunt racing will be on offer at the two day Goffs December National Hunt Sale from 10am on 13th and 14th December.   

As Ireland’s fastest-growing National Hunt Sale in recent times, demand for places was at a high this year.  A concise catalogue packed with quality will see 555 lots offered over two days, consisting largely of foals with a selection of quality yearlings, two-year-olds, breeding stock and older horses also featured. 

Among the many highlights are:

Foals

Lot 64 is a Flemensfirth own sister to Grade 1 hurdler One Track Mind (IRE).

Lot 114 is a Kingston Hill (IRE) half-brother to Grade 2 winner Coney Island (IRE).

Lot 156 is a son of the late Presenting out of a half-sister to dual Grade 1 winning hurdler The New One (IRE).

Lot 189 is a Leading Light (IRE) colt out of the Grade 2 winner Princess Leya (IRE); herself a half-sister to the high-class and Grade 1 winner Altior (IRE).

Lot 269 is a daughter of Beeches Stud sire Ocovango out of a half-sister to Grade 1 winners Thisthatandtheother (IRE) and Carlingford Lough (IRE).

Yearlings:

Lot 7 is a son of Glenview Stud sire Shirocco outof a daughter to the brilliant Group 1 winner Solerina (IRE). Solerina (IRE) is also a sister to the dam of the exceptional but ill-fated Group 1 winner Fayonagh (IRE).

Lot 8 is a son of Castle Hyde Stud sire Yeats (IRE),out of a half-sister to the high-class Roberto Goldback (IRE)

Breeding Stock:

Lot 535 isADREAMSTILLALIVE (IRE); a Grade 2 performing daughter of Flemensfirth, herself a half-sister to Grade 3 winner and Grade 2 performer Charlie’s Vic (IRE).

Lot 542 is DANCING DYNAMO (IRE); a daughter of Listed winner Newtown Dancer (IRE). DANCING DYNAMO (IRE) is sold in foal to Blackrath Stud sire Policy Maker (IRE).
