TOCCO D’AMORE (IRE) made it two wins from two starts on Sunday to pay a little more back on her seven-figure price tag when she landed the Listed Finale Stakes at Naas Racecourse. The Dermot Weld-trained filly was produced in excellent shape six months after her wide-margin maiden win last April. Ridden by jockey Pat Smullen the three-year-old filly stayed on well to beat Lagostovegas (IRE) by an effortless three lengths.

Bred by Kilcarn Stud she is a daughter of Kildangan Stud sire Raven's Pass out of the Group 2 Blandford Stakes runner-up Spirit Of Tara (IRE); herself an own sister to five-time Group 1 winner Salsabil. The regally-bred filly is a half-sister to five stakes horses including Group 2 winner Echo Of Light.

TOCCO D’AMORE (IRE) was the Goffs Orby sales topper in 2015 when she sold for  €2,000,000 to Moyglare Stud from Pat O'Kelly's Kilcarn Stud.
